ISO standard 600ml sausage / 310ml tube Windshield bonding one component polyurethane sealant for auto glass / automotive                                                                             

DELY PU sealant is a high-quality non-sag one component polyurethane adhesive sealant specially designed for aftermarket. It cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity to form a durable elastomer.

It is suitable for the windshield replacement, or bonding/sealing of a variety of materials for vehicle body in aftermarket.

Storage

When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 12 months (cartridge), 9 months (sausage).The recommended storage temperature is 5-25°C, humidity is <50% RH. It is strictly prohibited that the transportation or storage temperature is over 30°C or the humidity is over 80% RH. And high-temperature container transportation is prohibited as well. 

Caution

1. The sealant is moisture curable, which should be used up once opened.
2. Other application process should be done within skin formation time, or it will affect the adhesion performance.
3. The curing rate is affected by the temperature and humidity. If it cures too fast, the sealant layer may have bubbles, and affect its quality.
